2009 Trades Awards Banquet
January, 2010

In appreciation of the hard work, dedication and loyalty of our crews, we held a trades banquet on December 12th.

Awards were presented to:

• Tony Bopes - Best Finisher
• Tom Cook - Best Operator
• Dave Debackere - Best Carpenter
• Eric Dorsey - Best Laborer
• Scott Gall - Best Teamster

Awards were also given to Kevin McMeekan, Enemancio Kyser and Greg Lair for Attendance. Brad Beard, Delmer Harp and Tony Cooper won awards for Dependability. Awards for Production were given to Kirk Kittelson, Patrick Carlson and Tom Cook. Monte Sackville, Dale LeGrand and Greg Lair won awards for Knowledge, and awards for Most Improved went to Hector Ontiveros, Corey Engstrom and Jarod Delarm.

We are grateful for our outstanding crews and look forward to a safe and successful 2010!

McCarthy – Foley – Bellamy Launch New Web Site

McCarthy Improvement announces the launch of their new website at www.mccarthyimprovement.com. The user-friendly site offers information about the concrete and asphalt paving specialist and its sister companies Foley Construction (earthmoving and underground utilities) and Bellamy Bridge Builders, whose combined expertise offers turnkey solutions for a broad range of public and commercial heavy construction projects.

"This site is an effort to take the companies’ online presence to the next level. The new website will be a great source of information for our prospects and clients," said Joseph Bush, president. "We wanted a clean and navigable website that our clients will find appealing and informative."

Visitors to the site can read about the companies’ services and history, as well as view profiles of current and completed projects, ranging from schools, industrial and military facilities, shopping centers, and residential sub-divisions with golf courses to interstate, highway, airport, railway, and bridge projects.

"We worked with Mr. Bush to design a new logo, website, and other marketing materials for the companies," said Victoria Belknap, creative communications consultant. "We developed a unified approach to represent the trinity of experts’ synergistic partnership.
