Frank is responsible for the strategic development of McCarthy Improvement’s Southeast safety division initiatives and is the driving force behind implementing a robust safety culture. As an authorized OSHA safety trainer, Frank works collaboratively with the team to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate regulations, and policies. With almost 25 years of experience in the field, Frank possesses critical skills in hazard recognition, workplace safety procedures, environmental health and safety management systems, injury prevention plans, and construction. Frank’s extensive knowledge helps McCarthy Improvement mitigate risk, ensure compliance and the safety of our crews.
