Bio
As Director of Project Management, Brent Ihns works with project teams and clients to ensure each job is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Brent joined McCarthy Improvement Company as a laborer in 1992 and has worked across all facets of the business, including field operations, estimating, and project management, before advancing to his current leadership role.
Brent specializes in complex, high-impact projects in both the public and private sectors, bringing together internal teams and outside stakeholders to solve challenges and keep work moving forward. He builds strong relationships with owners, partners, and crews through open communication and a practical approach focused on minimizing schedule and cost impacts while delivering quality results.
