Donna is responsible for the development, implementation, and communication of the Midwest division safety initiatives and culture at McCarthy Improvement. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Donna is skilled at generating site-specific project safety plans to meet contract requirements and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Donna’s extensive knowledge in hazard recognition, workplace safety, construction, and environmental health and safety management systems makes her an integral member of the McCarthy Improvement team.
