As Director of Operations, Eddie Coryn works closely with our project and field teams to set each project up for success. He provides leadership and support throughout construction, helping teams stay focused on safety, performance, schedules, and profitability. Known for his practical approach to problem-solving, Eddie helps remove obstacles and keeps projects moving forward for both our teams and our clients. Eddie’s talent has been part of the McCarthy Improvement arsenal for over ten years, where he has gone from intern to PM to his current position. His work on large scale, high-profile projects has allowed him to fine tune processes and provide innovative insight to each new venture.
