As the Director of Project Management, Eddie Coryn assigns new work to Project Managers, and oversees its progress, ensuring each job is done safely, on schedule, and within budget. He works with our Operations Manager to make sure the McCarthy Improvement team has the tools and equipment necessary to be as efficient and effective as possible. Eddie’s talent has been part of the McCarthy arsenal for over ten years, where he has gone from intern to PM to his current position. His work on large scale, high-profile projects has allowed him to fine tune processes and provide innovative insight to each new venture.
