As Interim President of McCarthy Improvement, Shane is focused on quality, long-term direction, and cultivating his team. His tenure in the construction industry has produced many national award-winning projects, which come from transparent business practices and a dedication to clients, safety, and partnering. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and drives its vision and strategies.
Shane has worked in the concrete and underground utilities construction field for the past 29 years. He started out as a concrete laborer and eventually ended up owning his own concrete business. He returned to McCarthy Improvement as Director of Projects, and now sits as President.
